Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nutricure mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Nutricure ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

Nutricure is a mobile application that helps users make informed food choices by:

• Scanning food product barcodes to analyze ingredients
• Providing personalized recommendations based on user health profiles
• Tracking dietary intake and wellness metrics
• Offering AI-powered nutritional insights (Premium features)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in certain jurisdictions) to create an account and use Nutricure.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Nutricure offers three tiers of service:

4.1 Free Plan

• 30 product scans (lifetime limit)
• Access to simple food compatibility checker
• Smart elimination journey guides

4.2 Standard Plan

• Unlimited product scans
• Full diary access (meal logging, wellness tracking)
• Alternative product recommendations
• Daily nutritional value tracking

4.3 Pro Plan

Includes all Standard features plus AI-powered capabilities:

• Weekly meal plan generation (limited per month)
• Image-based ingredient scanning
• Advanced skin-diet relationship reports
• AI nutritional estimation for meals

4.4 Billing

Subscriptions are available on monthly and annual billing cycles. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. To cancel:

• iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Nutricure → Cancel
• Android: Go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Nutricure → Cancel

Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

6. AI Features and Limitations

Pro plan subscribers have access to AI-powered features. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only
• AI recommendations may not account for all individual health factors
• Nutritional estimates are approximations and may vary
• AI features have usage limits as specified in the App

7. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (such as diary entries and profile information). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it for providing and improving our services.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Interfere with the App's security features
• Share your account with others or create multiple accounts
• Use automated systems to access the App

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software—are owned by Nutricure or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Product data in our database is complete or accurate
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Results obtained from using the App will be accurate

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutricure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Health issues arising from dietary decisions
• Loss of data or profits
• Allergic reactions or adverse health effects
• Inaccuracies in product or nutritional information

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutricure, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@nutricure.app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nutricure regarding your use of the App.
